Michael Myers is vice president, interim general counsel and corporate secretary at Micron Technology.

Mike is responsible for Micron’s global legal and intellectual property functions, comprising a team of lawyers, paralegals and other professionals. He was appointed to this position in 2023.

Mike joined Micron in 2012 and has previously led the legal teams responsible for global litigation, intellectual property transactions, and supporting Micron’s global operations functions. Before joining Micron, Mike was counsel with international law firm O’Melveny & Myers LLP, where he advised on intellectual property matters and litigation.

Mike graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and earned a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School.
